Delivery conditions

03/31/2016: La Poste reports a bug of its computer system.
If you order from an iPhone iPad or Mac, when you get on the shipping page, you choose "so colissimo" and you land on the "Error 500" page!
You are unable to order! It is the embedded La Poste's software on our website which fails.
The only way to finalize your order is to do it again from an other computer, choose the fast delivery by Chronopost or call us and order by phone + 33 950 17 06 23.
The bug is expected to be fixed early next week.
PS: this is not an April Fool :(

Fast delivery tailored to your needs

We prepare orders ourselves to ensure quality control and secured packaging.
Shipments are prepared from Monday through Friday, except bank holidays.
Long replicas are tested before shipping and can request 24 hours more.
Your package is then entrusted to the French Post with the delivery method of your choice.
You can track your package by indicating the number here

1. Chronopost delivers from 24 to 72 hours

For all orders placed before 12 am, the package is delivered the next day before 13 am at the address of your choice by Chronopost for a delivery in France, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
In your absence, the package is made pending in the nearest post office.

For all orders placed before 12 am, the package is delivered to the address of your choice in Europe 1-3 days and the rest of the world in 2-5 days, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

2. Delivery in 48h by La Poste in France by So Colissimo

So Colissimo is a multi-choice delivery service, at home or outside the home, in France.
La Poste is committed to a 48h delivery (not including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
Most orders placed before noon (weekdays) depart the same day.
In D.O.M. T.O.M. or outside France, you can home delivery with Colissimo.

Delivery to you at the address indicated in 48h. If no, your package waiting at the post office nearest to the address you provided.

You can directly deliver your package in one of the 10 000 post offices of your choice in France. You have 10 working days from the arrival of your package to come remove it.
CAUTION: Watch the notification of the arrival of cutter package by email or text message. If you do not receive notification, move to your post office.

Other choices: Delivery in one of the partner shops 40000 La Poste network, close to your home, your workplace or vacation.
You have 10 working days from the arrival of your package.
CAUTION: Watch the notification of the arrival of  the package by email or text message.

3.  Delivery in 5 to 10 days by the Post Office in Europe

The French Post offers fast service followed shipping to Europe and overseas with Colissimo Expert International.
For all orders placed before 12 hours, the package will be delivered in an indicative period of 3 to 5 days for Europe and 5 to 10 business days for the rest of the world depending on destination.


4. Removing packages to our shop Saint Cloud

Place your order online and just collect your parcel at Saint-Cloud (92). You avoid postage and you can try the items you have selected or exchange. Moreover, if the order is paid, these items are reserved for you.
