Every order of a product shown on www.Heritage-Airsoft.com web site’s online shop supposes consultation and Prior acceptance of hereby general sales conditions. A validation’s click of the order includes an entire acceptance of hereby. This click has a value of a « digital signature ».
1- Introduction/ Preamble
This site is Heritage-Airsoft society’s entire propriety, as all related rights. Reproduction, in whole or in part, is always subject to permission from owners. However, hypertext links to the site are allowed without specific request.
2- Subject
Those hereby general sales conditions have for subject to define rights and requirements of the parts in the context of the online sales of goods offered by Heritage-Airsoft.
3- Conditions’ Acceptance
The customer acknowledges having read, at the ordering’s time, the special conditions of sale expressed on this screen and declares to accept them expressly without reservation.
These general sales conditions govern the contractual relationship between Heritage-Airsoft and customer, both parts accepting them without reservation. Those conditions will prevail on all other conditions contained in any documents, unless previously agreed express and written.
4- Transaction’s Proof
The computerized logs kept in the computer systems of the company Heritage-Airsoft in reasonable conditions of safety are considered as proof of communications, orders and payments occurred between the parts.
The archiving of purchase orders and invoices is made on a reliable and durable can be produced as evidence.
5- Products
All efforts have been done to make sure of the accuracy of information presented on the site.Photographs illustrating the products do not enter in the contract. If any errors are introduced in no case, the responsibility of Heritage-Airsoft will not be engaged.The majority of the products offered are available in our warehouse.
6- Order
The automatic registration systems are considered as proofs of nature, contained and ordering date. Heritage-Airsoft confirms the acceptance of the purchase order to the email address the latter will be communicated. The sale will be concluded only after the confirmation of the order. Heritage-Airsoft reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order. The information given by the purchaser when making an order : if error in the address of the recipient, the seller cannot be held responsible for the failure in which he could be delivered product.
7- Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form and only on the geographical areas that we serve.
All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must notify the carrier (or mailman) the slightest impact trace (holes, signs of crushing etc. ...)
The exchange of any product declared, a posteriori, damaged during transport, without any reservation has been issued on receipt of the package, cannot be supported.
After order confirmation, Heritage-Airsoft undertakes to deliver to its carrier, or to deliver all items ordered by the purchaser actually available, within an average period of 48 working hours. The carrier undertakes by contract with Heritage-Airsoft to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by Heritage-Airsoft.
Moreover for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of goods, customs duty, value added tax and other taxes payable by virtue of laws of the country reception of the order. All orders to Heritage-Airsoft are intended for the personal use of customers, clients or recipients of the products is strictly forbidden partial or complete resale of the products. Heritage-Airsoft fact emerges from legal liability if the payment of taxes was not made by the customer.
Delivery will be carried by La poste with followed Colissimo (48 hours) or by Chronopost (24 hours express) according to the client’s transport choice in mainland France.Delivery is made within the timeframe agreed with the customer by delivering the product directly to the recipient, or in case of absence, another person authorized by the client. The possible delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
Deliveries in EEC countries are carried by the post followed Colissimo Europe or Chronopost according to customer's choice. For deliveries outside the EEC deliveries are made by international postal services or Chronopost following the customer's choice. In the case of a technical product, the customer will pay particular attention to check the proper functioning of the apparatus delivered, read the instruction manual which is provided.
In case of apparent defects, the buyer has the right to return under the conditions provided in this document.
Are considered cases of force majeure releasing the seller from its obligation to deliver are war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient. Always check your package on arrival. You have 48 hours to make reservations with the carrier in case of missing or damaged.
For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in several times to the customer. The customer only pays for one delivery. If the customer wishes 2 places of delivery, place 2 orders, with delivery charges linked.
8- Withdrawal
You have 7 days (after receiving the items) to get an opinion. In case of exchange or refund, send back (the) item (s) new (s) in its (their) original packaging intact, with all accessories, instructions and documentation to the following address:

In case of exercising of the withdrawal right, Heritage-Airsoft is obliged to refund the sums paid by the customer at no charge, except the cost of return. Refunding is due within a maximum period of 15 days.
9- Price
The price is expressed in Euros.
The price indicated on the product description does not include transport.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed all taxes and VAT for France and the countries of the EEC. This price includes the price of products, handling, packaging and storage of goods, freight charges and commissioning.
10- Payment
The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Heritage-Airsoft.
The product price is payable in cash on the day of the order.
Payment can be made by credit card, Paypal, bank transfer or cash money.
A Paypal allows you to adjust in a secure environment: your credit card number is directed to the PayPal servers and your payment is made directly to a bank in a secure environment without going through the server of the shop, your numbers are only known by our partner Paypal.
The order confirmed by the customer will be considered effective only when the payment centers concerned have given their consent. In case of refusal, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified via email. In addition, Heritage-Airsoft reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
11- Disputes
This contract is subject to French law. Heritage-Airsoft cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible, which could result from a malfunction or improper use of products sold.It is the same for any changes resulting from product manufacturers. The responsibility of Heritage-Airsoft will, in any event, limited to the amount the order and cannot be blamed for simple mistakes or omissions that may occur despite all precautions taken in the presentation of products.In case of difficulties in applying this contract, the buyer has the option, before any legal action to seek an amicable solution with the help of a professional association for the industry, a consumer association or other counsel of his choice.It is recalled that the search for an amicable solution does not "promptly" of the legal warranty nor the duration of the warranty contract. 12- Warranty
In any case,Heritage-Airsoft will not be held responsible for non-compliance with regulations and laws in force in the receiving country, the responsibility of Heritage-Airsoft is always limited to the value of the product in question, value date of sale, without recourse to the brand or the company producing the product.
In any event, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee on eviction and hidden defects (Article 1625 and following of the Civil Code). On the condition that the purchaser makes the proof of the hidden defect, the seller must legally repair all the consequences (1641 and following of the Civil Code), if the buyer goes to court, it must do so in a "promptly" after the discovery of the hidden defect (art.1648 of the Civil Code).
