Collection and delivery of parcels by Colissimo are maintained.

All of our parcel's collections (regular or On Demand) are executed.
In order to guarantee your safety and that of our deliverers, we will collect data by removing the signature from the deposit slip.

In the same logic, to protect your customers, our partners and the postal workers, we temporarily suspend the home delivery offer with signature and the COD offer.

We recommend favoring home delivery without signature and, when possible, in a size suitable with a standard mailbox. The transmission of all your customers data, such as e-mail address and telephone number, is important in order to help us to succeed in deliveries.

For home deliveries, Flex services (interactivity before delivery, time slot, re-delivery chosen on another day or another place) are suspended. The pending, in case of non-delivery, will be made in one of the 1,600 post offices remaining open.

Pick-up point deliveries will be made to the 4,700 local stores active to date. The list of these points is updated daily.

However, the constraints that we all have to collectively face, no longer allow us to guarantee the usual times delivery.
From that perspective, the sums paid for non-compliance with the quality of service can no longer be granted, and this for all the parcels supported in our network since Monday, March 16, 2020. Obviously, our best efforts are made to send your Colissimo as quickly as possible.
