How does it work?

You have 14 days from receipt of the items to get an opinion.

If the item received does not suit you (non-compliance, size error, etc.) you can request an exchange, refund or a credit for another purchase.

In case of exchange or refund, items must be sent new, in their original packaging, intact, with all accessories, manuals and documentation with a copy of the invoice on which you have indicated your desire (exchange, refund or credit) to the following address:

We will send you the requested item in return at our expense, to a limit of 2 per item exchanges.
